As the civic association for the Ingraham Estates community, we are proud to serve more than 450 households, bringing neighbors together and advocating for a stronger, safer community in the Village of Hempstead.
Our Mission
The Ingraham Estates Civic Association (I.E.C.A) is an independent, non partisan organization committed to enhancing the well being of our neighborhood. We serve as a bridge between residents and the local government of the Village of Hempstead. Our mission is to amplify community voices, advocate for neighborhood needs, foster civic engagement, and drive positive change through collaboration.
